Meal Plan #2 - More Fall Y’All

Fall’s in full swing, and we’re savoring every cozy bite. Golden Grown Wellness Meal Plan #2 – More Fall, Y’all features another round of healthy fall recipes with seasonal ingredients that make chilly mornings warmer and weeknight dinners easier.

Easy Healthy Meal Plan for Busy Families

Welcome to the Golden Grown Wellness meal plan series. Each week, we share a curated collection of recipes from talented creators around the internet that our family is actually eating. All recipes are credited to their original creators, with direct links so you can easily find the recipes and explore more from these talented creators.

In our house, breakfast and dinner are the anchor meals and we usually enjoy leftovers for lunch the next day. Since mornings are busy, I often make breakfast for the next day while I’m making dinner the night before. This supports a healthy, stress-free morning routine.

Each Golden Grown Wellness Meal Plan includes breakfast and dinner ideas you can mix, match, and repeat without spending your whole life in the kitchen.

This week’s theme is More Fall Y’All and features more fall themed foods that support your immune system by using the foods that are naturally in season this time of year.

Golden Grown Wellness Meal Plan #2 – More Fall, Y’all

A cozy, seasonal lineup of nourishing breakfasts and comforting dinners — curated from creators we love.

Monday

Golden Grown Notes: Make the cookie bars the night before for an easy morning. Serve beef with mashed potatoes and a green veg (green beans, Brussels sprouts, or broccoli).

Tuesday

Golden Grown Notes: Serve with roasted or steamed cauliflower + tahini miso sauce. Bake instead of pan-fry for a lighter option.

Wednesday

Golden Grown Notes: We use frozen ravioli from Whole Foods Market and the Golden Grown Wellness Cashew Alfredo for a fast midweek dinner.

Thursday

Golden Grown Notes: Since Wednesday’s dinner is quick, bake the applesauce cake Wednesday night so breakfast is ready. Warm spices = perfect with coffee.

Friday

Golden Grown Notes: This soup is slow-cooker friendly — start around lunch for a hands-off dinner. Top with tortilla chips or avocado.

Saturday

Golden Grown Notes: Cinnamon rolls take ~45 minutes — great for Saturday morning (or make ahead). The pumpkin chicken is a rich, cozy favorite.

Sunday

Golden Grown Notes: Add ingredients to the crock pot for a no-fuss dinner. For extra protein, add a whey protein shake and serve with fresh-baked sourdough.
